Return and Exchange Policy

RETURNS
Luli's Ponchee will gladly refund items within seven (7) days of receiving your items. Kindly email us at lulisponchee@gmail.com to process your return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original state: unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and must have all tickets attached. Any items not in their original state will not be accepted for a return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

EXCHANGES
Luli's Ponchee will gladly exchange items within seven (7) days of receiving your items. Kindly email us at lulisponchee@gmail.com to process your exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be in their original state: unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and must have all tickets attached. Any items not in their original state will not be accepted for an exchange.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Luli’s Ponchee offers a one-time only price adjustment on items purchased at REGULAR price within seven (7) days of invoice with your original invoice. Kindly email us at lulisponchee@gmail.com including a note indicating the item and its new price.

From time to time we may run promotions where a price adjustment will not be available. If a price adjustment is not available on any given promotion we will state that fact on Luli’s Ponchee.
